LegalEase-Tech, Inc. ("LegalEase Citations") provides an online legal portal to provide law students, law firms, and companies an automated software solution to those who choose to prepare their own legal citations. Customer need not download or even license LegalEase Citations software. The Site includes general information on commonly encountered legal citation issues. At no time do we review your citations for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, opinions or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or strategies, or apply the law to the facts of your particular situation. LegalEase Citations is not a law firm and may not perform services performed by an attorney. LegalEase Citations and its Services are not substitutes for the advice or services of an attorney.

LegalEase Citations Is Not a Law Firm

You understand and agree that LegalEase Citations is not a law firm or an attorney, may not perform services performed by an attorney, and is not the substitute for the advice or services of an attorney. No attorney-client relationship or privilege is created with LegalEase Citations.

If, prior to purchasing a subscription to LegalEase Citations, you believe that LegalEase Citations gave you any legal advice, opinion or recommendation about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms or strategies, you will not proceed with this purchase, and any purchase that you do make will be null and void.

LegalEase Citations strives to keep its legal-citation software accurate, current and up-to-date. However, because legal cition formats can change rapidly, LegalEase Citations cannot guarantee that all of the information on the Site or Applications is completely current. Legal citation formats are different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and may be subject to interpretation by different courts. Legal citations are a personal matter, and no general information or legal tool like the kind LegalEase Citations provides can fit every circumstance. Account Information

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF LEGALEASE CITATIONS, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws

When accessing LegalEase Citations or using the LegalEase Citations legal citation generator Service, you agree to obey the law and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others. Your use of the Service and the Site is at all times governed by and subject to laws regarding copyright, trademark and other intellectual property ownership. You agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any information or content in violation of any third party’s copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property or proprietary rights. LegalEase Citations has adopted a policy that provides for the immediate removal of any content, article or materials that have infringed on the rights of LegalEase Citations or of a third party or that violate intellectual property rights generally. LegalEase Citations’s policy is to remove such infringing content or materials and investigate such allegations immediately.

Inappropriate Content

When accessing the Site, any Applications, or using LegalEase Citations’s Services, you agree not to upload, download, display, perform, transmit or otherwise distribute any content that: (i) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or threatening; (b) advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or foreign law or regulation; or (c) advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services. LegalEase Citations reserves the right to terminate or delete such material from its servers. LegalEase Citations will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials or agencies in the investigation of any violation of these Terms of Service or of any applicable laws.

Governing Law; Venue

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site, an Application, or Materials is governed by Federal Court in Delaware. These Terms of Use expressly exclude and disclaim the terms of the U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, which shall not apply to any transaction conducted through or otherwise involving this Site or an Application.

Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If it isn't satisfactory for any reason, we will happily refund the entire purchase price for up to 30 days after your purchase.
